🇬🇧| “While Felix is the football enthusiast in the family, we’ve always enjoyed watching him play or joining him to watch a game. He had never experienced an Italian football match, so we decided to surprise him with this trip. Despite the age gap between us, we are very close and travel together whenever we can, but this was our first trip with just the three of us.

Sophia and her siblings Nathalie and Felix, from Aarhus, Denmark, attended the Como-Parma game at the Sinigaglia in October during their first visit to the city. To make the trip special, Sophia and Nathalie surprised Felix with a ticket to the match and a jersey. She shared their experience.

“It was our first time watching Como 1907 and exploring the city. Watching a match in such a stunning setting, surrounded by mountains, was incredible. The fans were so enthusiastic despite the rain.

Sharing this experience with my siblings made it unforgettable. We felt so welcome and had an amazing time together.”

🇮🇹| “Felix è il vero appassionato di calcio della famiglia e ci è sempre piaciuto guardarlo giocare o accompagnarlo a vedere una partita. Non aveva mai assistito a una partita di calcio italiana, così abbiamo deciso di sorprenderlo con questo viaggio. Nonostante la differenza di età, siamo molto uniti e cerchiamo di viaggiare insieme quando possiamo, ma questo è stato il nostro primo viaggio da soli, solo noi tre.”

Sophia e i suoi fratelli, Nathalie e Felix, provenienti da Aarhus, Danimarca, hanno assistito alla partita Como-Parma al Sinigaglia lo scorso ottobre, durante la loro prima visita alla città. Per rendere il viaggio ancora più speciale, Sophia e Nathalie hanno sorpreso Felix con un biglietto per la partita e una maglia ufficiale. Sophia ha condiviso la loro emozionante esperienza.

“Era la prima volta che vedevamo il Como 1907 e che esploravamo la città. È stato incredibile assistere a una partita in uno scenario così spettacolare, circondato dalle montagne. I tifosi erano così appassionati, anche sotto la pioggia.

"Condividere questa esperienza con i miei fratelli l’ha resa indimenticabile. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e abbiamo vissuto momenti davvero speciali insieme.”

🇬🇧| “Sport is a powerful educational tool. It allows us to teach not only respect, but also values such as tenacity, togetherness and the will to fight for a common goal. Through the stories of inspiring athletes, the project encourages children to embrace the values of fair play in their daily lives, from school to home.”

A new edition of Respect & Play officially starts, a project made by Como 1907, Teste di Serie and Polisport SSD. The aim of the project is to train a new generation of aware fans, starting with young people and schools. The activities are not limited to theory as the students will also participate in on-field experiences, to put into practice the values learned. Paolo Novati, co-founder of the project together with Paolo Candeloro and Mattia Riva, spoke about the project.

“The support of Como 1907 is vital and serves as the main driving force, inspiring the children to engage and grow—not just as athletes, but as positive supporters who champion respect and a love for sport.”

🇮🇹| “Lo sport è uno strumento educativo potentissimo. Ci permette di insegnare non solo il rispetto, ma anche valori come la tenacia, l’unione e la voglia di lottare per un obiettivo comune. Grazie al racconto di storie di atleti esemplari, il progetto invita i ragazzi a trasferire i valori del fair play anche nelle loro vite quotidiane, dalla scuola alla famiglia”.

Parte ufficialmente una nuova edizione di Respect & Play un progetto realizzato da Como 1907, Teste di Serie e Polisport SSD. L’obiettivo del progetto è quello di formare una nuova generazione di tifosi consapevoli, partendo dai giovani e dalle scuole. Le attività non si limitano alla teoria gli studenti parteciperanno anche ad esperienze sul campo, per mettere in pratica i valori appresi. Paolo Novati, co-fondatore del progetto insieme a Paolo Candeloro e Mattia Riva, racconta il progetto.

“Il supporto di Como 1907 è essenziale ed è il motore principale che ispira i ragazzi a mettersi in gioco per diventare non solo atleti, ma anche tifosi positivi che promuovono il rispetto e l’amore per lo sport”.

🇬🇧| “When I scored, I immediately realised it was a great goal. Watching it back, I truly appreciated how beautiful it was, so I was really hoping to win the award.”

Luca Mazzitelli, Como 1907 midfielder, reflected on his goal against Lazio on October 31, which was voted by fans as the best goal of October and earned him the Iliad Goal of the Month award from Lega Serie A. He shared his thoughts on the moment and a message for supporters.

“It’s definitely the best goal of my career. The emotions were incredible, but they didn’t last long as my focus quickly returned to the match.

“I’d like to thank all the fans for their votes and hope to score an even better goal in the future!”

🇮🇹| “Quando ho segnato, ho capito subito che di aver fatto un gran gol. Riguardandolo, mi sono reso conto di quanto fosse bello, quindi speravo davvero di vincere questo premio.”

Luca Mazzitelli, centrocampista del Como 1907, ha commentato il gol realizzato nella partita contro la Lazio, premiato come Iliad Goal of the Month dalla Lega Serie A. Il gol è stato votato dai tifosi come il migliore del mese di Ottobre. Luca ha commentato la sua rete mandando anche un messaggio ai tifosi.

“Sicuramente è il gol più bello della mia carriera. Le emozioni sono state fortissime, ma sono durate poco perché ero concentrato sulla partita.

Ringrazio tutti i tifosi per il voto e mi auguro di riuscire, in futuro, a realizzarne uno ancora più bello!”

🇬🇧|Como 1907 women`s team won the match played today, on the 11th matchday of the Eccellenza championship.

The game took place at home in Lazzate, against Crema 1908 and ended 6-0 for the Lariane. Corina Luijks scored a brace and Ludovica Serio, Matilde Fadini, Michela Ledri and Claudia Zorzetto also contributed to the score with one goal each.

Now the next match away from home awaits them, on Sunday 24 November, against the third-placed Mantova Women.

La partita si è svolta in casa a Lazzate, contro il Crema 1908 ed è terminata 6-0 per le Lariane. Corina Luijks ha segnato una doppietta e Ludovica Serio, Matilde Fadini, Michela Ledri e Claudia Zorzetto hanno contribuito anche loro al punteggio con una rete ciascuna.

Francesca, the older sister of Giuseppe Mazzaglia, Como 1907’s 18-year-old midfielder who plays for the Como Primavera team, attended the Como-Lazio match at the Sinigaglia where he got the first team call-up. She shared her excitement on her brother’s football career and reflected on their relationship.

“I’m his older sister by six years. Sometimes, I feel like his second mum. I’ve always helped him with schoolwork and supported him throughout his football journey. We’ve shared a special bond.

“From the moment he first kicked a ball at just five years old, I’ve been there, cheering him on alongside our parents. I’ve even been his personal photographer at matches, capturing every moment. He’s the one who sparked my love for football!”

🇮🇹| “Vedere mio fratello in campo con la prima squadra è un’emozione indescrivibile. È ancora surreale vederlo tra i giocatori di Serie A che di solito seguo in TV. Sono felicissima per questo grande traguardo nella sua carriera, sapendo che è un sogno che coltiva fin da quando era bambino.”

Francesca, sorella maggiore di Giuseppe Mazzaglia, centrocampista 18enne del Como 1907 che gioca nella Primavera, era presente al Sinigaglia per la partita Como-Lazio, dove Mazzaglia è stato convocato. Francesca ha condiviso la sua gioia per il percorso calcistico del fratello e il loro legame speciale.

“Sono la sua sorella maggiore di sei anni e, a volte, mi sento quasi come una seconda mamma. L’ho sempre aiutato con i compiti scolastici e l’ho supportato nel suo percorso calcistico. Il nostro è un rapporto unico.

“Sin da quando ha tirato il suo primo calcio a un pallone, a soli cinque anni, sono sempre stata lì a tifare per lui insieme ai nostri genitori. Ho anche scoperto una passione per il calcio grazie a lui. E, da buona sorella maggiore, sono stata anche la sua fotografa ufficiale, immortalando ogni momento delle sue partite!”
