Como 1907 signs German defender Marc Oliver Kempf

Como 1907 is pleased to announce the signing of defender Marc Oliver Kempf from Hertha BSC on a three-year contract.

Born in Germany in 1995, Kempf spent his youth at the Eintracht Frankfurt academy and has made over 150 appearances in the Bundesliga. Throughout his career, he has also played for Freiburg and Stuttgart. Last season, he made 25 appearances and scored four goals for Hertha Berlin.

Cesc Fàbregas, Como 1907’s coach, commented on Kempf’s arrival: “Marc is a solid and experienced defender with numerous Bundesliga appearances and a good offensive instinct. He will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to our team.”

On his signing, Marc Oliver said: “I am really happy and ready for this new adventure. I can’t wait to meet my teammates. I believe it is a very interesting project, and I’m eager to get on the pitch. This is a new league for me, but one that I have always followed with great interest.”
