Como 1907 signs Serie A central defender Michela Ledri

Como 1907 is delighted to announce the signing, on a one-year contract, of defender Michela Ledri.

Michela Ledri is a central defender with great experience, who has collected 364 appearances between Serie A and Serie B.

She also gained experience on the European stage having played in the Champions League including the 2008 semifinal between Verona and Frankfurt. 

Michela won 8 trophies with Verona in her career: 4 Serie A championships, 2 Coppa Italia and 2 Supercoppa Italiana.

Aside from club experience, Michela played for Italy at both youth and senior levels. In the 2021/22 season, she won the Best Footballer of the Triveneto area award.

In the last 5 years, she has captained Hellas Verona gaining great leadership skills.

Heather O’Reilly, advisor to Como 1907’s Women’s team, commented: “Ledri is an incredible leader and can certainly provide stabilization within the team.  We are lucky to have her here in Como!”
