Como 1907 Women’s Team is Back

Como 1907 Women’s Team is back and ready for a determined tilt at the Promozione League. 

This is just their second campaign and it started on September 24 with a game against Accademia Milano Calcio, after a pre-season underlined by significant growth and promise. 

Head coach Samuele Piazza is in charge for his second season, after they finished fourth and made the play-offs last term, while on the pitch, Giulia Pozzoli wears the captain’s armband. 

On the recruitment side, new talent has arrived, including former Serie C player Alessia Gomes Olivares. 

The first phase of the Championship runs until December 3, with the second phase scheduled for January 28 until April 14.
