THE INAUGURAL COMO 1907 CHARITY GALA TOOK PLACE ON 16 NOVEMBER

Guests included: Cesc Fàbregas, Tyra Banks, Craig David, Gianluca Zambrotta, Amy Jackson, Ed Westwick, Dennis Wise, Amber Wise, Liam MacDevitt, Tamer Hassan, Levante, Clara and Maria Taktouk

Hosted by TV presenter  Marco Demicheli, the evening was one of hope and inspiration in aid of Quelli che… con Luca’ ONLUS

Guests at the event were treated to a sumptuous three-course dinner and an incredible live performance from Craig David presents TS5 alongside Italian artists Clara and Levante and new artist Maria Taktouk.

The COMO 1907 Gala saw a whole host of stars from the world of sport, music, fashion, and television join together to raise funds and make a difference to the lives of children with leukemia.  

The extraordinary charity event in the beautiful setting of Villa Erba featured appearances from newly appointed manager of COMO 1907 Cesc Fàbregas and Hollywood Icon, Tyra Banks. Joining them at the gala dinner were Hollywood actors Tamer Hassan and Ed Westwick and Bollywood actress and model Amy Jackson. 

Supermodel, TV Host and entrepreneur, Tyra Banks stunned in custom Dolce & Gabbana while Amy Jackson caught the eye in custom Sabina Bilenko. Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick hit the blue carpet in Valentino.

Enthusiasts of music, football, and culture were invited to become part of this unique event by purchasing Caravaggio-inspired portraits of the 23/24 season Como 1907 team. Renowned photographer Lucia Giacani has transformed these ‘Renaissance” masterpieces into unique digital and physical collectibles, offering fans worldwide a slice of Como’s rich cultural heritage.

All profits from the sale of these collectibles will be directed towards supporting a world-renowned leukemia research institute near Como. 

Adding to the allure, Como 1907 will auction a signed (by the photographer herself) wall-size canvas print of the team shot during a pre-concert dinner, providing a unique piece for football for art collectors.

Craig David, the acclaimed British artist, said: “I’m thrilled to be part of this extraordinary initiative that combines art, music, and football for a great cause. The unique collectibles not only celebrate the team’s heritage but also contribute to an important mission.”

Como 1907 proudly displays ‘Quelli che… con Luca’ ONLUS on its Away Kit, with all profits contributing to the charity founded by Andrea Ciccioni. Andrea shares, “Every purchase becomes a contribution to our mission to fund research for cellular immunotherapy with CAR-T cells, offering new hope to children battling this devastating disease.”
