The Safeguarding Policy of Como 1907

Como 1907 publishes its Safeguarding Policy – available here

The policy regulates the tools for preventing and countering any form of abuse, harassment, gender-based violence or discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity, religion, personal beliefs, disability, age or sexual orientation, or for the reasons referred to in the Italian Legislative Decree no. 198/2006 in relation to members, especially if minors, in the context of the activities carried out by the Club.

La Policy recepisce le disposizioni di cui al D. Lgs. n. 36/2021 e al D. Lgs. n. 39/2021 nonché le disposizioni emanate dalla Giunta Nazionale del CONI in materia, i Principi Fondamentali approvati dall’Osservatorio permanente del CONI per le politiche di Safeguarding e le Linee Guida adottate dalla Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (F.I.G.C.).
