Touchpoint Spotlight: Moras Boutique
Moras Boutique
Corso Ariberto, 29
22070 Capiago Intimiano (CO)
Mirko Moras, 55, owner of Moras boutique on Corso Ariberto in Capiago Intimiano, celebrated a special day on 9th June – his birthday. Mirko dedicated the boutique’s display windows to Como 1907, showcasing the team’s Renaissance picture taken at Villa Olmo as part of an initiative supporting the Quelli che…con Luca ONLUS, an association that helps fund research for childhood leukaemia.
Mirko inherited the business from his father. “My father Vittorio opened his first tailor’s shop in Piazza San Pietro, Capiago Intimiano, in 1958, followed by another in Corso Ariberto in 1965. The store underwent a complete renovation and expansion in 1996, featuring numerous Italian and international fashion brands.”
The boutique also proudly displays the ComoComoComo x Bric’s high-end collection: “We were delighted to become a Como4Como touchpoint. It’s commendable that part of the proceeds support charitable causes,” Mirko adds.
A fan of Como 1907 since his youth, Mirko frequented the Sinigaglia in the 80s and 90s, often in the legendary Fossa Lariana sector, accompanied by his mother, who passed away last year. “This year, I wanted to dedicate my birthday to Como 1907. I adorned all the shop’s windows and interior with Como 1907 branded t-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, and accessories. It’s all to honour to my mother, with whom I shared a passion for Como.”
